Since its foundation in 1996, Tools and Technologies GmbH has developed from a specialised toolmaking company into a leading provider of special machine construction, high-pressure die casting and automation solutions. With decades of experience and a deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, we support our customers from the initial idea to the final realisation.

1996
Foundation from Hutschenreuther AG
Tools and Technologies GmbH emerges from the central technology division of Hutschenreuther AG and lays the foundation for innovation and growth.
1998
Expansion and new location in Selb
The company expands its portfolio to include automation solutions, special machines and robotics and opens a new site in Selb.
2002
Development of the M20 HSC
The M20 HSC high-speed milling machine has been specially developed for rapid prototyping, abrasive materials and model making.
2004
Merger of the Selb and Schönwald sites
The company headquarters are relocated to Schönwald in order to optimise processes and exploit synergies.
2004
First T&T in-house exhibition
Tools and Technologies presents innovations for the first time at its own in-house exhibition.

What sets us apart - innovation meets precision
At T&T, the name says it all. The two business units Tools & Technologies combine the construction of tools and automation systems.
Tools
The ‘Tools’ division includes the design of ceramic items, the manufacture of models and moulds as well as compression and high-pressure casting tools and the sale of porous plastic. The T&T team supports the entire product development process, from brainstorming to the finished mould and its commissioning. Three-dimensional designs are developed from the outset using CAD systems. Rapid prototyping is used to create the first models. Modern CNC machines are used for the final production.
Technologies
The ‘Technologies’ division offers all services relating to modern automation technology, special machine construction and the sale and support of robots: from rough and detailed planning to construction, commissioning and training - regardless of whether it is a customised individual machine or a complex production system. T&T designs customised machines and handling systems according to your requirements. Our machines can be found in the automotive supply industry, electrical industry and ceramics. We integrate machines into existing production processes and often integrate standard machines from other manufacturers. We also use robots and image processing systems for automatic workpiece recognition and manipulation.
